- Description
- The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, Assets Logistics Division, is seeking qualified sources to purchase 15L16, DRUM, FR.7 P/N: 15L16 and 1 X 4-1/2, STUD, W/NUT & LW, P/N: 1 X 4 ½ for the Tower Crane at the CG Yard. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Receiving Room, U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Baltimore MD 21226-5000. It is the Government's belief that only the authorized dealers/distributors can supply these parts to ensure the proper form, fit and function of all its components. Therefore it is the Government's intent to solicit only to the authorized dealers/distributors. Offerors having the expertise and capabilities to provide these parts are invited to submit complete information within 5 calendar days from the date of this notice. Information must include the following information: (1) Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e., salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics) and/or (2) Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the information relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline shall NOT be considered for this acquisition. The submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract.
