- Description
- The 802d Contracting Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base intends to award a sole source contract to Eagle Industries Unlimited, Inc. for the acquisition of parachute drop bags and lowering lines. The proposed contract action is for a commodity for which the Government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received by the closing date of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal by 4:00 p.m., CST on Friday 25 Jun 2010, which will be considered by the agency. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
