- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-06. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325120. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3621. The small business size standard is 1000 Employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-C9E. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 3655. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67011-10-Q-0211 for the following items: CLIN 0001: Nitrogen Generator, Quantity: 1 each.
