- The referenced contract (F64133-00-D-0003) will be extended for 6 months (with an option for a further 3-month extension) from 01 July 2010 through 31 December 2010. This action is necessitated by the continued delay in the implementation of the DoD's new Defense Travel System (DTS) at Andersen AFB, Guam. This notice will not result in the issuance of a solicitation and is not an invitation or request for proposals. Opposition to this action must be submitted in writing by 12:00PM (Eastern), on 30 June 2010.
