Description
Drilling IDIQ This is a combined synopsis solicitation. The Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract(s) resulting from this solicitation. Separate awards may be made for the Eastern and Western areas. Offerors may make an offer on the Eastern Portion, or the Western Portion, or both areas. The government intends to issue a Requirements Contract(s) to the responsible firm(s) who submits offers in accordance with the solicitation. The East and West areas will be evaluated separately. The Contractor shall furnish drilling equipment, support vehicle(s), supplies, and operating personnel capable of efficiently performing the following: a. various types of drilling IAW the PWS. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The anticipated award date is on or around 30 August 2010. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government. The solicitation will be advertised as unrestricted. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates one or more clauses and provisions by reference with the same force and effect as if they were stated in full text. Full text provisions and clauses can be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
