THIS IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR SOLICITATION. The Food and Drug Administration is seeking business sources, including 8(a) certified businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUB Zone small businesses, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small businesses. The government is looking to purchase the following laboratory equipment with the following minimum specifications: 1ea – Freestanding Glassware Washing Machine with the following features: • External dimensions must not exceed 72”H x 35”W x 34”D • Interior Wash Chamber Dimensions 33.66”H x 25.79”W x 25.98” • 4 Wash Levels total wash area 2,684 square inches • pH Special Programming Automatically adds base or acid solution to lower or raise pH level of effluent before discharge to building drain system • Drying system with HEPA filtered, forced air drying via injectors and chamber • Exterior 304L stainless steel construction • Interior 316L stainless steel construction • Insulated chamber for quiet operation • Built in detergent and acid neutralizer pumps for labor free dosing • Filter system to protect circulation pump • Interchangeable racks, to include, Basic Basket, Jet Rack with Short Jets and Jet rack with long jets • On board storage of detergent and acid with liquid level detection and alarm • Drop down door loading platform to eliminate the need for a loading cart • 208V, 3-phase, 60 Hz • Water Softener System • Electrical Door Locking • Low Pressure Valve + Pump for providing deionized water from a low-flow source • Drain Discharge Cool Down • Soft Hook-up to include: leveling unit, connection of washer’s water & drain hoses, adjustment of system parameters for proper operation with supplied utilities, and washer start-up/functional checkout. • Shipping and Handle to Winchester, MA 01890 Each response should include the following Business Information: a.
