Description
Immigration and Customs Enforcement is in need of Propane Gas Service at its Krome Service Processing Center location in Miami, Florida under a Purchase Order Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. This RFQ is full and open competition per verification in CCR under the included NAICS code. The winning vendor must be located within 50 miles of location and be able to make delivery within 24 hours upon receipt of order. The contractor must provide four 1000 gallon tanks. Also, eleven 5.5 gallon tanks owned by the Government, which are used to operate fork lifts at the facility, would also need fuel service. The delivery of propane is required by every third Thursday of the month. The period of performance for this order will be September 28, 2010 through September 27, 2011 for the base period. One option period will included that would cover the period of September 28, 2011 through September 27, 2012. All interested vendors must provide pricing in a per unit basis. All quotes submitted shall include pricing for the following items. The monthly lease/rental is included in each line item. CLIN 0001: Propane Gas Service 3,000 LPG gallons per month (September 28, 2010 - September 27, 2011) CLIN 1001: Propane Gas Service 3,000 LPG gallons per month (September 28, 2011 - September 27, 2012) All quotations received will be evaluated based on pricing, technical capability, and past performance. The contractor must demonstrate that it can provide the services as defined in the RFQ and provide three references for previous Government (Federal, State, or Local) contracts. Award will be made to the lowest bidder, whose technical capability and past performance are both acceptable. Contractor must email any questions to Mr. Jose R. Munoz ( jose.munoz3@dhs.gov ) no later than June 28th, 2010 at 9:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Contractor must submit their quotes by emailing to Mr. Jose R. Munoz ( jose.munoz3@dhs.gov ) no later than July 1rst, 2010 at 4:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The following FAR clauses are included.
