Description

The Western Region of the USGS intends to award a non-competetive contract to Thermo Electron North America, LLC, located in West Palm Beach, FL.The equipment being purchased is a HELIX SFT Noble Gas Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer, to include: 10KVA three phase isolation transformer, support plan, automated noble gas prep system, automated series 57 pneumatic valve,and three day training program.The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.5. Other interested concerns having the ability to furnish these services shall submit a capabilities statement to the contracting officer no later than the closing date of this announcement. All submissions will be evaluated to determine if competitive opportunities exist. This is NOT a Request for Quotes; a written solicitation will not be issued.
