- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN MADISON, WI PROJECT#: GS-05B-18557 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 3,593 rentable square feet in Madison, WI. The space should yield 3,124 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space should not be located on the first or top floor. The Government will require three (3) structured parking spaces and eleven (11) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Lake Mendota and Ingersoll Street South: W. Beltline Highway to Rimrock Road to Park Street East: John Nolen Drive and Rimrock Road West: Park Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 22, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
