- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT, A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATIN IN RESPONSE TO THIS AMMOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting bid packages or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE) Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Charleston, SC is seeking information from Industry regarding availability, interest, and qualifictions of certified HUBZONE small business concerns to provide a structural steel frame on spread footings 9000sf+/- single story Headquarters for the Red Horse squadron at the Charleston Air Force Base, Charleston, SC. NAICS Code: 236220 and bonding capacity up to three million dollars. The Government will use responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT announcement to make appropriate future acquisition decisions.Respondents shall provide an e-mail response that includes their company profile from the CCR database. Information must be current. In addition, provide the documentation that supports your companys history of safe work practices. Specifically, submit your EMR, OSHA Form 300A, OSHA Incidence Rate, and OSHA DART Rate for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.Lastly, in order to assess your past performance, please provide information on previous completed projects similar to this project (valued over $2,000,000.00).
