Description

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain price, delivery, other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes, which may be used to formulate an acquisition strategy to support the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with its HUDStat initiative. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will be held completely confidential. This request is in accordance with FAR 15.201 -- Exchanges With Industry Before Receipt of Proposals. This market research does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or an invitation/request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does issuance of the RFI and any information presented restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract on the basis of this RFI, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this RFI. The Government may not, in its discretion, respond to information presented. However, HUD may, at its discretion, request certain responders to provide an oral presentation.
