- "RECOVERY ACT - Any award resulting from this Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be funded with funds appropriated by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5 (Recovery Act or Act). The resulting Purchase Order will be subject to all provisions of the Recovery Act, including Reporting." NOTICE: All prices for the listed item(s) must be from a current GSA contract. Enter the GSA Contract Number on the RFQ. NOTICE: ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE LISTED ITEMS ON THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO MR. CHRISTOPHER MATRANGA AT 412-386-4114. Email Christopher.Matranga@netl.doe.gov. NOTICE: Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their Request for Quotation (RFQ SF-18) or proposal(s) via the FEDCONNECT.NET portal at www.fedconnect.net. Request for Quotation (RFQ SF-18) or proposal(s) shall also be accepted via email or fax. Vendors may e-mail their RFQ?s or proposal(s) to the Purchasing Agent assigned to this requirement, who is Mr. Robert Mohn, e-mail address Robert.Mohn@netl.doe.gov and the FAX number is 412-386-5770. EVALUATION: The award will be made to the low priced, technically acceptable offer. An award shall be made to the responsible offeror submitting a technically acceptable quote and offering the lowest evaluated price. Offerors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities and warranty data. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted response to this provision as it compares to the minimum characteristics provided above. Therefore, it is essential that offerors provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Compliance will be determined by the offeror's provision of literature showing performance capabilities or through written narrative discussing the points not covered by the published literature.
