- The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, services, equipment, supervision, and performance necessary to provide installation of curbs, gutters, sidewalks and concrete drainage at Wingate Elementary School,12 Painted Horse Trail, Ft. Wingate, New Mexico. All installation operations, materials, and placement shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The project is located approximately fifteen miles east of Gallup, New Mexico on State Highway 400, 12 Painted Horse Trail, Ft. Wingate, NM. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is planning a firm, fixed-price construction contract. The solicitation is unrestricted and is solicited on an open market basis. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $100,000 to $250,000. Bidders are strongly urged to conduct an onsite visit. All interested firms shall submit a written request for a solicitation package to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Region, Division of Acquisition, Attention Mary J. Jim, 301 West Hill Avenue, P.O. Box 1060, Gallup, New Mexico 87305 or fax your request to the Attention of Mary J. Jim at (505) 863-8382. A Bid Bond of 20 percent of the bid price is required; and 100 percent Performance Bonds, Payment Bond and Certificate of Liability Insurance are required upon award. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Technical inquiries shall be submitted in writing ten (10) calendar days before the bid opening date. The bid opening for Invitation For Bid (IFB) No. RMN00100149 is scheduled at 2:00 P.M. (local time). July 22, 2010, at BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Division of Acquisition, 301 West Hill Avenue., 3rd Floor, Conference Room No. 342, Gallup, New Mexico 87301. Faxed IFBs will not be accepted. Submit bid packages to the following address: BIA, Navajo Region, Division of Acquisition, Attn: Mary J. Jim, P.O. Box 1060, 301 West Hill Avenue, Room 346, Gallup, NM 87301.
