Description

RECOVERY - RFQ #10PSNR-10-0049 - Construction Management and Commissioning Authority (CM/Cx Services, Anchorage Federal Bldg and Anchorage Historic Federal Bldg Projects, Anchorage, Alaska THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL RESULT IN A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING REGION 10 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) WHICH WAS AWARDED AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE 871, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES SCHEDULE FOR SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) - 7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. THE REQUIREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND COMMISSIONING AUTHORITY (CM/Cx) SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE PLANNED AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA), RECOVERY PROJECTS FOR THE ANCHORAGE FEDERAL BUILDING AND ANCHORAGE HISTORIC FEDERAL BUILDING PROJECTS LOCATED IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT REGION 10 CM BPA HOLDERS WHO ARE ABLE TO PERFORM IN THE STATE OF ALASKA. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain CMCx Services for a Recovery-funded design build project. The resultant task order will be competed amongst current eligible CM BPA holders only. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220.
