Description

RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Contractor - Anderson Engineering of MN, LLC., Contract Number W912EK-10-D-0007 THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to award a firm fixed price task order for the recovery and resurvey of about 24.2 total miles at the Saylorille Lake project on the Des Moines River and tributaries in Boone, Dallas and Polk Counties in Iowa, in the general vicinity of the cities of Des Moines, Madrid and Boone. This work request includes a part of the project at several separated prioritized problem locations, within the entire area of the lake project and downstream floodway corridor that encompasses about 24,000 acres. The lands to be surveyed or resurveyed under this delivery order include all or parts of tracts covering less than 20 percent of the projects total land boundary lines.
