- This is not a request for either a quote or proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential bidders. The work will be generally to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, and management required to install contractor procured materials, to repair Fire Station and construct additional bunker rooms, Bldg 517, Camp Kinser. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. The work includes but is not limited to the following:a. Civil Works: Works includes new AC pavement, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, drainage line, drainage manhole, water line and tapping sleeve, sewer manhole, and cleanout, sewer line, pavement marking, sodding, concrete pad, and water meter.b. Architectural: Works includes repair of Fire Station, Building 517; new cmu walls, new wall finishes, new doors, new windows, new kitchen, new bunkers room, new laundry room with shelving, new toilet, new shower room, shower accessories, interior and exterior painting. Contractor shall provide and coordinate with the Using Agency the bedroom configurations before the construction work starts.c. Mechanical: Upgrade of the ventilating and air conditioning system consisting of new split and multi-split air conditioning units, new air distribution ductwork, new air terminals and related accessories, new ventilation system for toilet and shower rooms, locker room, and new vehicle air purifying system, upgrade of plumbing system consisting of new plumbing fixtures, new cold and hot water piping, new drain, waste, vent piping.d. Electrical: New lighting, power, telecommunication, fire alarm, public address, bell, and leak detection systems including new dedicated generator and transformer. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the AsiaNECO website for any posted changes.
