- 'Recovery Act' - Information Only: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price construction contract for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Project 674-275 located at the VA Medical Center, 1901Vetrans memorial Drive, Temple, Texas. Texas. The method of procurement shall be a Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with Parts 14 and36 of the FAR, with anticipated issue date on or before August 2, 2010 and proposed due date of September 15, 2010. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, necessary to for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at, Temple VA Hospital. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127).
