Description

The Department of Labor has advised the National Park Service that the Service Contract Act wage determinations have changed effective 6/15/2010. Details may be found at http://concessions.nps.gov/yose005-10.htm. Any offer, including that of an existing Concessioner, must be received by the Concession Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than July 27, 2010 no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service. You must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Darby Watson, Commercial Services Project Manager, Pacific West Region, Concession Management, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607.
