Description
RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912DR-10-D-0016 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The Real Estate Community of Practice is currently supported by four primary automated information systems: Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS), Rental Facilities Management Information System (RFMIS), Homeowners Assistance Program Management Information System (HAPMIS), and Real Estate Corporate Information System (RECIS), supporting a broad array of unique business processes, functional, and data requirements. These systems provide a great range of unique functionality as well numerous commonalities, but a greater range of operational business requirements exist for which the RECoP tasked with meeting. Additionally, these systems exist in a complex web of interactions with numerous other systems within and outside of the Corps. The purpose of this task order is to acquire ongoing O&M support for HAPMIS.
