- Warehouse SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT Sacramento, CA Solicitation # 0CA2502 Contracting Office Address: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Real Estate Division, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor East, San Francisco, CA, 94102 REQUIREMENT : The General Services Administration, on behalf of Drug Enforcement Agency, desires to lease approximately 3,000 rentable square feet, which shall yield a minimum of 3,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet (previously usable) of warehouse, together with five (5) on-site parking spaces with 24-hour/7-day-a-week access. The site must be located within the area bounded by: North: E-14 - Elkhorn Blvd; South: Folsom Boulevard East: E1 - Sunrise Blvd; West: Interstate 5. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm. The Government shall have the right to terminate the lease, entirely or in part, after the firm term on 90 days written notice to the Lessor. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required no later than July 6, 2011. STANDARD CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the capability of meeting all current Federal/ GSA-PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, contained asbestos, accessibility (Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) compliant or, if not, landlord must be willing to make the building fully ABAAS compliant), OSHA, seismic protection, and not located in a flood plain. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via e-mail, or via fax, and should provide all of the following information: 1. Building name and address. 2. Rentable and usable square feet offered, including floorplate size and floorplan. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage. 4. Common Area Factor (load factor) for available space. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective lessor, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
