Description

Procurement of a one(1)-year renewal for a SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH A2LA PM CALIBRATION FOR EXISTING ZEISS COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINES, in accordance with PREVIOUS CONTRACTS (SPM4A8-09-M-0049, SPM4A8-09-M-0050, AND SPM4A8-09-M-0051). The contractor shall PERFORM SERVICE AT Customer’s facility FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST, BLDG 797, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32212-0016, prior to final inspection/acceptance at destination by customer. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Solicitation will be UNRESTRICTED, on a SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT FOR CARL ZEISS CORPORATION. The required delivery is 7 calendar days after receipt of contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations. The solicitation will be available on 29 JUNE 2010.
