Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT900119A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-41, Effective 13 May 2010 and Defense DCN 20100608 Last Update: 8 June 2010, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402 Effective 2 April 2010. This acquisition will be a brand name purchase for Ingersoll Rand, please see attached letter. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333912.
