- Description
- WG Bill Hefner Medical Center is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who has proven experience to complete Mental Health Out Patient Expansion at the VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. Work will include but not limited to general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction. All work shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State and OSHA regulations. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $14.0 M. This will be an Invitation for Bid, award will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bid. All work shall be completed within 300 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and clean up. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The specifications will be uploaded on/about June 2, 2010; the bid due date will be on/about June 29, 2010. All documents including drawings and solicitation document shall be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov, no phone calls please. Pre-proposal conference will be held on June 17, 2010 at 11:00 PM no other visitation opportunities will be available. All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than June 22, 2010 in writing, no phone calls please. Questions will be answered via amendment in writing and publically announced.
