- RECOVERYThis project will be partially funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Andrews and Anderson Architects as a logical follow-on task order. The A/E has been involved in this project as a subcontractor from the initial scoping through preparation of construction documents under the auspices of a previous contract with DHM which expired on November 16, 2008. To actively seek and procure the services of any other A&E firm to perform these services would be a detriment to the park, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Department of Interior. A firm other than Andrews & Anderson (A&A) would have a difficult time getting up to speed on the previous work on this project.
