- Synopsis Description For release to Fed Biz Ops 6/23/2010 The AMCOM Contracting Center proposes to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the acquisition of 95 ship sets of cockpit ballistic floor armor. Justification and Approval applies for other than full and open competition at FAR 6.302-1 for, Only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed acquisition requires use of the cited statutory authority because the cockpit ballistic floor armor panels are available for procurement from only one source, Lifeport, Inc., 1620 Heritage Street, Woodland, WA 98674-9581, CAGE Code 38UY4.
