- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The USDA Forest Service has a requirement to award a task order for mine tailing removal at the Tahoe National Forest in California. This opportunity is available ONLY to contractors that currently hold an IDIQ contract for the services required; therefore, offers will only be accepted from those contract holders. The scope of this contract is to complete the implementation of the time critical removal action being conducted by the Forest Service under its delegated CERCLA authorities, to remove lead contaminated mine tailings from the banks of Poorman Creek at the Poorman Forks Mine Site on the Tahoe National Forest and to backfill and restore the Site after the tailings are removed. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO BE AWARDED TO AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT HOLDER.
