- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF COMPLETE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY IN FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IS JULY 12, 2010. *** Work includes: furnishing all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to complete construction. Including, but not limited to traffic control, excavation, aggregate placement, underdrain installation, pavement, riprap placement, geotextiles, culvert installation, road reconditioning. This road system is heavily used both by industry and recreational traffic, and provides access to residences. The project can be located as follows: from Toldedo, Oregon, travel southeast on South Bay County Road for 2.7 miles to the junction of Road 5900, (1000 Line). Travel 6 miles on this gravel road to the beginning of project. This project is located on the Central Coast Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County. The Government's estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) prior to start of work. This proposed procurement listed herein is set-aside for HUBZone firms in accordance with the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Act of 1997.
