- The 78 th Contracting Squadron, Robins AFB, GA offers this opportunity to be accomplished using competitive acquisition procedures for HUB Zone Certified Contractors only. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210. The project consists of all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to install 87 locally operated, by photocell, high mast lighting control units with an integrated radio Ethernet programmable logic controlled system to include local control panels, two remote human machine interfaces (HMI) and a central PLC cabinet with personal computer input/output display on a flat screen monitor. The work shall require technical knowledge in executing radio frequency telemetry, PLC programming, and electrical construction. The rough order of magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http:www.ccr.gov/. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
