- NOTICE OF INTENT The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to SirsiDynix. This requirement is to purchase a STILAS/Unicorn Integrated System (ILS) Software Agreement and implementation services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE GOVERNMENT'S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS SOLICITATION IS CONTINGENT UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS. AS A RESULT, PLEASE MAKE ALL QUOTES GOOD UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2010. NO LEGAL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY SHALL ARISE UNLESS, AND UNTIL, FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER FOR THIS PROCUREMENT AND AWARD HAS BEEN MADE BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. Anticipated Award date is on or before 30 September 2010. The NAICS Code is 541519, and the Size Standard is $25.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within ten (10) days of this announcement. Responses are due no later than 2 July 2010, 12 NOON (Mountain Daylight Time).
