- RECOVERY - This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR Subpart 5.7, Publicizing Requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All services being procured are funded by the American and Recovery Reinvestment Act (ARRA). It is the intent of the Forest Service to issue a task order under existing Contract AG-84N8-C-10-0008 for land survey services for the White Pine Mining District, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest.
