- Description
- The Black Hills Nat. Forest located in Custer, SD intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed price contract to construct a 6,024 SF stand alone building. This facility will accommodate all dispatch services, to include expanded dispatch services. The proposed site is on city water/sewer, to include other utilities such as natual gas, electricity, and telecom. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Estimated Price Range: Between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. The solicitation AG-82X9-S-10-0092, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps and available for downloading on or about July 08, 2010 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS code 236220. A Pre-Proposal visit date will be included in the solicitation. Project duration is 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Duration includes time to perform the base and all options, should both be awarded. Contractors may register at CCR internet site http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. The plans and specifications will be available only from the FedBizOpps website on-line at http://fbo.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted and the Government will not issue paper copies. For security reasons, all potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies are required to register in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and FedBizOpps in order to view or download plans and drawings from the website. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to the FedBizOpps website.
