- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.13 - Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. THIS PRESOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct a pre-engineered metal building warehouse and administration space adjacent to an existing warehouse facility. The location of the required work is at Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65584. Construction details, any applicable drawings and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for proposals is issued. Applicable drawings will be provided to Prime Contractors only. Any subcontractors shall contact the Prime Contractor for a copy of drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 08 July 2010. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
