- Request for Proposal for RFP21904 Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has a requirement to acquire the services of a contractor to provide recommendations on articulating and disseminating policy and information related to the nation's bulk power system and FERC's regulatory process. The work will require detailed experience with FERC and its regulatory policies and procedures, the legislative process, and contacts with industry, political, Federal entities associated with FERC and the bulk power system industry. In addition, the work will require preparing reports, speeches, meeting notes and briefing materials containing highly sensitive and possible controversial technical information to a wide variety of audiences.
