- Special Announcement: Economic Analyses and Control Strategy Development for Air Pollution Control Regulations: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD) is conducting a competitive procurement for Economic Analyses and Control Strategy Development for Air Pollution Control Regulations support. The Statement of Work (SOW) can be reviewed at EPA's website at http://www.epa.gov/oam/hpod. EPA anticipates the award of a cost type contract with a base period of performance of twelve (12) months, with four (4) additional twelve (12) month option periods. The total duration of the proposed contract is sixty (60) months. The procurement will be processed as a full and open competition. The EPA's requirement is for a total of 8,000 base quantity labor hours and 10,000 optional quantity labor hours for the base year and option periods. The NAICS Code is 541620. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled to be issued in late July 2010 and proposals will be due approximately thirty (30) calendar days after the RFP issuance date. The solicitation and amendments will be available at http://www.epa.gov/oam/hpod. If you obtain a copy of the solicitation via internet, it will be your responsibility to frequently check the same site where the solicitation is posted for any amendments. The Government is not obligated or committed to award any contract as a result of this notice.
