- The Government intends to have two (2) separate Pre-Bid/site visits for this requirement. Both dates and times are as follows: Date: Wednesday, June 30, 2010 [The Contracting Officer is aware that this date is prior to IFB release.] Time: 9 am, EST Location: St Elizabeths West Campus, Bldg 40 Date: Tuesday, July 20, 2010 Time: 9 am, EST Location: St Elizabeths West Campus, Bldg 40 Interested parties must notify the Contract Specialist, Ms. Tiphenie Wise-Traynham, in writing of their intent to attend. Include the individual's name, firm's name and contact number. The Government respectfully requests that you limit the participants to no more than two individuals per firm. Only those parties who have notified the Contract Specialist and provided necessary information in advance of the meeting [by Noon, EST, on the previous day - June 29, July 19 ] will be allowed access to the site to attend the pre- bid conference. NO EXCEPTIONS! To request a reasonable accommodation due to a disability, contact Ms. Wise-Traynham on Phone (202)561-7817. All questions/RFIs are to be in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer, Bonnie Echoles, [bonnie.echoles@gsa.gov], with a copy to Ms. Tiphenie Wise-Traynham, Contract Specialist, [tiphenie.wise-traynham@gsa.gov]. Questions/RFIs not received and not submitted to the Contracting Officer will not be acknowledged and will not be answered. The last day the Government will accept and acknowledge any questions/RFIs regarding this requirement is Ju ly 22, 2010; all questions/RFIs must be received by 12 :00 PM, EST, on this date.
