- Develop and implement a crane operator training program at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Public Works Department Pennsylvania (PWD PA), 4921 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112. The requirement is to train and prepare two Government personnel to be certified as a CAT II Crane Operator in a one year period meeting the identified criteria, course objectives and course curriculum. This course is designed to train the students in all phases of categories II (bridge crane) and III crane operations. Upon completion the student will be licensed to operate all Category II and III Cranes in service by the PWD PA and their Supported Commands.
