- rfq sow This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA Pacific Islands Regional Office located in Honolulu, HI has a requirement for a contractor to provide assistance for Coral Reef Local Action Strategy and support for Coral Reef Management Initiates. See attached detailed statement of work for a complete description of services. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the NAICS 541990 with a small business size standard of $7.0 M. The government intends to issue a firm- fixed contract with period of performance of eighteen months starting from date of award. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. Vendors responding to RFQ must submit technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications. Only firms that can provide the exact services described in attached statement of work will be considered. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov. This is a simplified acquisition with estimated value of less than $100,000.00. The following provisions and clauses shall apply to this solicitation and resultant award.
