- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that Modification 11for contract NNJ09JD50C, Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 7, Replace Roof Building 222,was awarded to change the requirement for removal of the lightweight concrete based onthe condition of the existing roof and changed the thickness of the required insulationmaterial for the project. The modification also provided equitable adjustment forunforeseen conditions that resulted in damage to the suspended ceiling requiringimmediate repair. <P>NNJ09JD50C is a firm fixed-price contract that was awarded to DRI Commercial Corporation,Inc., on a competitive basis. <P>
