- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that change orders 9,10 and 11 were issued to the existing Delivery Order 1011 under contract NNJ08JA02C, theFacilities Contract, to procure facilities support services for Hurricane Ike Phase IIrepairs funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The facilitiessupport services provided under Delivery Order 1011 included: <P>DO 1011 - 9: The contractor provided registered engineer stamped drawings for structuralintegrity of the temporary deck at trailers.<P>DO 1011 - 10: The contractor provided deck modification and hand rails at trailer deck toaccess temporary deck. <P>DO 1011 - 11: The contractor insulated the existing chill water lines in B-3 serving areaabove sheetrock ceiling. There were two 5 lines totaling 64 linear feet (lf). and two3 lines totaling 64 lf.<P>Modification 155 was issued for funding of these change orders. <P>The Facilities Contract is a firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-award fee/award term contractwhich was awarded on a competitive basis. The delivery orders were issued under thefixed-price portion of the contract.
