- Description: This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall furnish labor, provide supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, delivery, and transportation necessary to provide mortuary services for the Military Forces, at Contractors facilities (excludes funeral services). The area of performance is the State of Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 23 JUNE 2010. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 14 JULY 2010. Period of performance is 1 Aug 10 through 31 July 2011 with 4 pre-priced 12-month option periods This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $7.0 million. NAICS 812210, Funeral Homes and Funeral Services Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: RCO Hawaii, (PARC Pacific, 413th CSB) then Continue button. Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is Borthwick Mortuary, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, HI 96817-4134. Current contract is a base with four option years and the estimated contract price is $1,358,946.00.
