- he purpose of this modification is to add NAS Lemoore Peak Load Graph, NASL half-hour load date for 2008 and 2009 attachments and changing Annual Consumption Peak: "Annual Consumption Peak Load Avg Cost of Power (GWh)(MW)(per KWA, NAS Lemoore 180, 18, $0.03 - $0.06, DoN Southwest 1,400,300, $0.11 - $0.14 -- to read as follows: -- Annual Consumption Peak Load Average Cost of Power in NAS Lemoore: Annual Consumption - 180 Peak Load - 18 Average Cost of Power - $0.03 - $0.06 DoN Southwest: Annual Consumption - 1,400 Peak Load - 300 Average Cost of Power - $0.11 - $0.14" with: "Average Annual Consumption at NAS Lemoore over the past 2 years is approximately 37GWh with peak load of 18MW and average cost of power between $.03 -.06 per KWh.
