- FAR CLAUSES TARMAC RAMP REPAIR SF-1449 TARMAC REPAIR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. The desired start date for the performance of this order is on or before 14 July 2010. The place of performance is at US Coast Guard Air Station Los Angeles, 7159 World Way West, Los Angeles, CA 90045. This requirement is set aside for small business with NAICS code 237310. The request for quote (RFQ) reference number is HSCG37-10-Q-PQQ206 (attached). The objective of this requirement is to purchase a service in order to repair the cracks in the Ramp Area of the US Coast Air Stattion Los Angeles. In particular; Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools and supervision to blow, clean, removed, re-fill and take any necessary and specific actions to repair the cracks in approximately 10,035 linear feet (LF) of Ramp Tarmac area assigned to US Coast Guard Air Stattion in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The Service Contract Act (SCA) applies in this solicitation. Check the https://dol-esa.gov/sf98 for the current wage determination information from the Department of Labor. The soilication documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. The following clauses applies: FAR 52.212-1, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues or Executive Orders.
