- This is Amendment No. 2 This solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is W45MW20096000. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 334310 size standard 750 Employees. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Center Fort Sam Houston, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, based on the lowest price technically acceptable, for Contractor to provide Brand Name or Equal for the Projection, Podium, Video, and Audio systems in accordance with the attached PWS, attached details listing, and attached room design details. Question & Answers are also provided for extra information. Conditions of award, the offerer shall meet requirement in its entirety for consideration. Remarks: (1) All responsible vendors may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is anticipated that award will be made without discussions; although, the government reserves the right to hold discussions if necessary (2) Proposals must be received by 6 July 2010, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time and reference the RFQ number.
