- Site Plan Location Map Solicitation Document DESCRIPTION OF WORK This contract requires window and door replacement and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. The contractor shall remove and dispose of existing windows and doors, furnish new vinyl windows, vinyl sliding patio door, insulated steel exterior entry doors and insulated steel garage doors, and professionally install, trim, and seal them inside and out. This contract includes mobilization, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. All windows and doors shall be squarely installed per all manufactures guidelines, and carry manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty. A commercial item firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.
