- The United States General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to identify sources and receive information on available warehouse-flex space within the following delineated area in Rockville, Maryland: North: 1st Street East: Veirs Mill Road South: Nicholson Lane/Parklawn Drive/Randolph Road West: Rockville Pike (MD Route 355) GSA is seeking sources of available warehouse-flex space for lease of up to 78,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (BRSF) of contiguous space for a period of up to ten (10) years. Parking must be available for use by Government Employees. All location considerations must be submitted no later than July 13, 2010, and must include the following information: - Building name and address - Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot (fully serviced) - Schedule for occupancy date - Floor plans of offered space - Drive-in door and/or loading dock information - Building ownership information - Amount of parking available on-site AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning this space requirement with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA).
