- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office Leavenworth, Kansas is seeking to award a task order for a chemical inventory tracking system service at the VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS. The period of performance will begin on or about July 2010 or date of award through June 2011. A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a base year and one (1) option year is contemplated. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541519 and the size standard is $25. Million. A sole source task order will be issued as a sole source to Northrop Grumman the owner of the propitiatory software needed to install the chemical inventory tracking system. No solicitation will be issued for this procurement. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available, and no telephone requests for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted.
