- This is notice that Warner Robins Air Logistic Center will issue a contract for 3 (three) each C-5 Engine Maintenance Stand Systems. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Allstands Inc. (Previously doing business as R&R Fabricators Inc.), Cage: 5CY13, in accordance with FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
