Description

AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION TO CHANGE SELECTION CRITERIA FROM: 'UNRESTRICTED' TO: 'SET ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.' This is the Solicitation based on the presolicitation notice previously published for W912PQ10R0030. Buildings 7 & 8 will have a metal roof and Building 18 will have a membrane roof. Posted drawings and specifications will show this in detail. The location of the work will be at Stratton Air National Guard Base, Scotia, NY, 12302-9752. Contract award will be accomplished immediately following the posted solicitation response date and time. Contract performance period is set for 120 calendar days. All project plans, drawings, specifications, solicitation, site visit questions and answers will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities at www.fbo.gov and search by the solicitation number W912PQ10R0030. In accordance with FAR part 36.204 (f) the magnitude of this project is "Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000." This project is SET ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS. Attendance of the site visit for this project is highly recommended. Successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov system and must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow located at www.wawf.eb.mil.
