- FWS-Nashville, TN UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN NASHVILLE, TN STAR #: 0TN2007 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous, street level single tenant warehouse flex space with some office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 4,476 rentable square feet in the Nashville, TN. The space should yield 3,892 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The office portion of the space is approximately 1,064 rentable square feet. Public transportation is required within 4 blocks of the offered space. Warehouse requires a minimum 10 foot ceiling and the ability to accommodate storage of and maneuverability for at least 2 trailer size vehicles. Space to have a minimum width and length of 36 feet by 54 feet clear span with not pillars or supports The Government will require two (2) reserved, surface parking spaces and two additional surface spaces for a total of four (4) required parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of Nashville, TN. See attached map. North: Interstate 65 and Interstate 40 to Rosa L. Parks Boulevard/Clarksville Pike to the Cumberland River to Interstate 65 to Interstate 65/24. South: Interstate 24 and Haywood Lane to Nolensville Road to Old Hickory Boulevard to Old Hickory Boulevard and Granny White Pike. East: Interstate 65 and Interstate 24 to Interstate 40 to Spence Lane to Elm Hill Pike to Royal Parkway to Donelson Pike to Murfreesboro Road to Franklin-Limestone/Mullins Road to Antioch Pike to Haywood Lane and Interstate 24. West: Old Hickory and Granny White Pike to Harding Place to Hillsboro Road to Interstate 440 to Interstate 40 to Interstate 65. The proposed lease is for five (5) years, three (3) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements.
