Description

Attached, is the Department of Veterans Affairs commercial solicitation for a Milk and Milk Products for delivery contract for the VISN 16 catchment area. This area is composed of VA Medical Centers located at: Oklahoma City, OK; Muskogee, OK; Fayetteville, AR; Little Rock, AR; Shreveport, LA; Alexandria, LA; Jackson, MS; Biloxi, MS; and Houston, TX. The contract dates will be October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011, with four possible option years. The solicitation is attached to this document. NAICS code for this requirement is 311511. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency.
